**Notarize your BOAT TITLE at Tunlar Agency**

Pennsylvania Titles for boats, cars, trucks, trailers, and atv's require the Seller's Signature to be Notarized for transfer of ownership.

When you're ready to sell and need a NOTARY PUBLIC*, meet with the buyer at Tunlar Agency's office on Route 590 West. Bring the original, valid title, valid license/ID for the seller, and the purchaser's correct name & address (as shown on their license/ID). Do not sign the title unitl you're in the presence of the Notary Public*.

If you're you're unable to meet at our office, we can notarize the seller's signature with valid ID and the purchaser's correct name and address. That information needs to be filled in to provide a Valid Notary Seal. Keep in mind, if you fill this in prior to the sale - and the sale does not happen - then your title will be void and you'll need to apply for a duplicate. Exercise caution before committing with a buyer, that's why we suggest you meet together to complete the transfer of ownership. We understand that's not always possible. Avoid roaming notaries that will just sign and stamp anything without the correct details filled in properly (are they going to pay for your void title if it's not acceptable??).
