Photo Requirements for ANTIQUE VEHICLE Title & Registration

Will the pictures of your Antique Vehicle meet the strict requirements for PA Title and Registration? The pictures you provide for application must meet the following requirements. If they don't, your application may be rejected:
Color, good lighting, clear quality
Taken straight on for each side, front, and back, NO angles, nothing cut-off
Picture of VIN Plate, picture of the engine
Top closed for convertibles
Windows up and fully closed
Hood closed and latched
Pictures of your vehicle are a critical part of the approval process and you don't want to see you lose time with a rejection, then having to re-submit better quality photos.
The best option is to follow the list above, and have the pictures printed on photo paper, using a printing service that's available at most pharmacies, and big chain stores, and printing services.
You can print your own photos - providing they meet all of the requirements.
We can assist in taking the pictures if you bring your vehicle to our office, or we can print the pictures you've taken on your phone. There is an additional fee for this service.
Call ahead - 570-226-0550 - to get a list of the items needed. It will save you time and effort. We understand that some vehicles are in storage, or in a garage. But, until you can move the vehicle so that pictures can be taken straight-on, you may need to wait. PennDOT will not accept photos of a vehicle that's in a tight space, and angled.
