Tunlar Agency has 2 full-time Notary Public Agents* available Monday through Saturday, year-round. We provide General Notary Services, Notary Tag Agency Services, and Insurance Services.

Real Estate Transactions
All parties to the notary transaction will need to be present with Valid ID, Valid Title, form, or all pages of the document set, including any instruction pages. We charge a fee for notary service, witness requirements, and clerical fees, if needed.
We reserve the right to review ID, instructions, and forms/documents to determine if we are able to provide the requested notary service. We reserve the right to decline if legal requirements are not met, the form or document set is incomplete, or if there is suspected fraud, coercion, or incapacity.
We cannot create a form or document set to be notarized. We can print or make a copy of your prepared form or document set, and there may be an additional fee for clerical services provided.
Many consumers do not realize the amount of work involved for even a single notary transaction. There is time involved to review all items and id's, and details of the the notarial act(s) must be recorded in a journal that we are required to maintain. We incur licensing, continuing education, insurance, bond, and equipment costs that are ongoing.
Walk-ins are always welcome. Larger document sets, loan signings, and real estate transactions may require a scheduled appointment, especially when there are multiple parties to the transaction, and when multiple witnesses are needed. You can bring your own witnesses to a signing, and we cannot guarantee that there will be a witness available at our office unless an appointment is scheduled.
