Our Notary Public Agents are Certified Notary Loan Signing Agents. This is a separate designation, specifically for handling larger loan document packages for re-finance signings, and real estate closings.

As Authorized Agents with PENNDOT, PFBC, and DCNR, we can assist with the seller's signature Notary Requirement on Pennsylvania Titles when transferring ownership, and for the buyer's signature notary requirement when applying for a new Title in PA.
The Fee Schedule for various Notary Services is posted at our office and follows the PA State requirments. Notary transactions may include Clerical Fees depending on the services that you request, a minimum fee for handling larger document sets, and additional fees for mobile notary services. Call ahead for a cost estimate.
Notary Public transactions require valid ID, all pages of the form or document set, and all parties present. Seller's signature notary on Titles will require the purchaser's full name & address as listed on their valid ID, odometer mileage (if applicable), and purchase price.
We reserve the right to decline services at our discretion.
We can assist with Titles for Motor Vehicles, Boats, Trailers, and Off-Road Vehicles such as ATV, UTV, SideX Machines, Snowmobiles, Camper Trailers, and Special Equipment.
