Tunlar Agency offers INSURANCE, NOTARY, and DMV LICENSING SERVICES, so you'll be legal AND protected while riding your side-by to the beach, boating on the Big Lake, participating in a local Car Show, or cruising with friends for a motorcycle poker-run fundraiser.
Start with INSURANCE:
You'll need proof to Register your ride, or to secure a boat slip at your local marina. It's affordable and valuable protection for you, your loved ones, and your assets.
Next is Title & Registration:
Title Application and Registration are quick and easy providing you have all required documents, ID, and ownership proof available. We'll review, then complete and provide the proof you need to get out and enjoy!
Most visits only take a few minutes. Some make take longer if you're not fully prepared with originals, photos, proof of ownership, bill of sale, insurance, etc. Keep in mind, we can assist with printing pictures when needed, we offer insurance if you don't have it in place, and we provide Notary Services when all parties to a transaction are present. We cannot notarize a document that has already been signed by a seller who is not present. Always make sure you receive valid proof of ownership - the title or transferable registration card. If those are not available, we'll review what is needed before you can apply for a title and registration in PA.
INSURANCE - TITLE - REGISTRATION
Recreational Vehicles can be INSURED in PA - using your primary, out-of-state mailing address (even if you're an out-of-state resident), providing they are stored/garaged, and primarily used in PA.
TITLE & REGISTRATION in PA can be provided for off-road vehicles, boats, and personal watercraft, even for out-of-state residents. Golfcarts are not required to be registered in PA, but certain types of Electric Vehicles may be Insured in PA. Ones that go over 25mph and can be legally registered for road use, may need to be titled and registered in your home state of residency - even if used for recreational purposes. Always check before purchasing.
All types of Trailers, motorcycles, mopeds, scooters, motorhomes, Antique/Classic/Vintage Vehicles, cars and trucks must be
Titled & Registered in your home state of residency.
NOTARY
Walk-Ins are welcome for Notary Services during business hours. You can call to schedule, but if there is a line when you arrive, you may still have to wait.
It's best to call ahead for a list of what's needed, who will need to be present with valid ID, and to make sure we can accommodate a larger signing package. Check to see if you will need witnesses.
Please Note: when purchasing an Off-Road Vehicle, Boat, Trailer, or Vehicle, PA is a notarization required state. Make sure the MCO/MSO, or Title is completed correctly if there is a notary section - EVEN if that state does not require it - PA does.
This will avoid issues, delays, and possible rejection - especially for ATV's / UTV's / SxS Machines. Requirements are being enforced.
