Duplicate Boat Title in Pennsylvania

Has your PA Boat Title been lost, destroyed, void due to error, or misplaced?
Stress no more! Simply stop by Tunlar Agency's office at 1319 Purdytown Turnpike (Route 590 West), and apply for a PFBC Duplicate BoatTitle.
You'll want to start the process now, since it will take several weeks for PFBC to process and mail the new duplicate title to your address. We'll need as much information about the boat as possible: title number, registration #, hull ID #.
You'll also need valid ID and payment. There is a state fee, and agent fee for services rendered.
If the owner is deceased, we'll need the surviving spouse, executor, heirs, or designated person with authority to sign on behalf of the estate, to come in with the original death certificate, or short certificate/letters of testamentary.
Once issued, and you receive the duplicate boat title, the original title will be null and void, so if you happen to locate it, you can safely shred/discard it. A Title is needed to transfer ownership of your boat when selling, gifting, or trading it in.
